Nicola will discuss how Welsh steel is supporting major renewable energy developments\, including collaboration with RWE to explore steel components for floating offshore wind projects in the Celtic Sea. \nTogether they will discuss how collaboration between manufacturers\, energy developers and supply chains can accelerate industrial decarbonisation while creating new economic opportunities for Wales\, with Port Talbot remaining central to the future of Welsh steelmaking. \nSimon Nurse – Capital Coated Steel \nSimon will share the story behind Capital Coated Steel’s Biodiversity and Wellbeing Garden\, created at their production site to support biodiversity while providing a wellbeing space for employees.
