Come and experience our ancient woodlands, new woodlands and rewilding project at Summerbridge, by joining one of our free tours.

The session will be hosted by our award-winning co-founders, Helen and Christopher Neave, pioneers in the field of biodiversity recovery in Yorkshire.

You will have a unique opportunity to hear why they started Make it Wild, how the organisation is growing, and how they can help you and your business.

We will take you on a guided tour, showing you a variety of features, and explaining their importance to biodiversity. Depending on the weather and the time of year, this is likely to include:

– ancient woodland with many woodland birds and a magical clearing
– wildlife pond, where we may see dragonflies
– young woodland, where hares are often seen
– birds of prey overhead
– species rich meadows with numerous native wildflowers
– rewilding area with Belted Galloway cattle and Exmoor ponies
– natural regeneration of woodland
