GREENFLEET Awards 2026

Net Zero & ClimateEnergy & RenewablesSustainable Business

About This Event

The GREENFLEET Awards 2026 is an annual ceremony recognising innovation and achievement in clean fleet management, organised by GREENFLEET and taking place on 10 December 2026 at the National Motorcycle Museum. The event includes a pre-dinner reception with a champagne social media competition, a three-course gala dinner, the awards ceremony, and an 80s disco. Tables cost £2,400 plus VAT for ten people, or individual places are £300 plus VAT each. Sponsorship packages are available, ranging from headline sponsorship to individual award category sponsorship and static vehicle placements.

The awards cover three main areas: service and solutions (including IT innovation, leasing companies, alternative fuel providers, mobility providers, and charging providers), manufacturers (HGV, LCV, fleet car, and EV manufacturers), and fleet operations (public and private sector car and commercial fleets, plus fleet managers). Special awards include the GREENFLEET Award for Industry Innovation, GREENFLEET Vehicle of the Year, The GREENFLEET EV Champions, and the Quentin Willson Award for Outstanding Achievement. A new category for 2026 is Charge Point Manufacturer of the Year.

The event matters to UK SMEs and sustainability leads because it showcases best practice in fleet decarbonisation and clean vehicle adoption across both public and private sectors. Attending provides networking opportunities with fleet decision-makers, leasing companies, charging providers, and vehicle manufacturers, while the awards themselves highlight practical examples of how organisations are reducing fleet emissions and implementing alternative fuel solutions.
